Macerated white wine dedicated to his little dog Camilla. The wine is composed mainly of Malvasia di Rapolla (60%), with equal parts of 20% Cinguli (a variety of Fiano) and Santa Sofia (a variety of Trebbiano Toscano) grown on volcanic soils.
A gastronomic wine of extraordinary pleasantness in which maceration is masterfully executed.

We are in Rapolla, a small village in the northern part of Basilicata, 400 meters above sea level, at the foot of volvanic origin Vulture a mountain that reaches 1300 meters in altitude and regulates the climate of the entire area. Camerlengo is Antonio Cascarano a "ex" architect who lived and worked in Rome and after years of work decided to retire to his native countryside, taking over his grandfather's land and winery.
