Balenaia Rosato 2021 Toscana IGT

Pure Vermentino Nero from a beautiful terraced vineyard, which descends from the ridge to the southeast, set at an altitude of about 500 mt/slm, on galestro soil. A fantastic stage that opens onto a small valley into which the Balenaia stream flows.

The Vermentino Nero seems to have found its favorite habitat here: perfect ripeness, good acidity and a very interesting aromatic relief. And it is precisely these three characteristics that punctuate the tasting, a fresh wine with ringing fruit notes, first and foremost cherry and then pomegranate, red currant and a great perfume, one recognizes myrtle and juniper, that betray the Mediterranean soul of these territories.
