The Moscatel de Alejandra whose aromatic tone is usually overpowering, here does not overpower the drink on a sensory level, skillfully blunted by a long maceration on the skins. Elena’s (and Giulio’s) hand is recognizable through the style, likewise the glass succeeds in expressing the terroir, with a powerful and forthright wine in which fruity notes blend with earthy hints that enhance its depth.
