"Our story begins in the 1980s. At that time wine was not part of our thoughts, we were one of the first companies in Italy to reintroduce, after years of neglect, the cultivation of ancient cereals, first of all spelt, but also Saragolla, Solina, embracing from the beginning an organic, natural and sustainable agriculture."
