Wine intense but delicate in color, of luminous substance in the glass!

About 48 hours of maceration on skins and 7-day spontaneous fermentation in carboy. Aged in the same containers for the duration of 6 months followed by a further 5 months in exhausted barriques. On tasting Bure Chiara expresses a beautiful freshness that introduces notes of red fruit, especially morello cherries, strawberries and red berries. Juicy and crisp, marked by relentless and tasty drinking with a fine and persistent texture.
