Niellucciu 100% in direct pressing.

The very light color may suggest an extremely light wine, evoking freshness and scents in the style of Provence. In fact, this wine surprises precisely because of the texture and body it manifests in the glass. Quick and passing no doubt, but the acidity and fruit character give matter and crispness to the drink, which is also considerably long in the mouth.

An excellent aperitif wine, it also supports very well a strong-tasting cheese dessert.

Nicolas Mariotti Bindi – Cantina di Torra

All great stories begin with having a dream and some courage. The story involving Nicolas Mariotti Bindi is living proof of this. Since 2016, the estate has doubled its vineyard area to 15 ha with the annexation of 7.5 ha on the magnificent terroir of Carcu. Carcu is a set of plots, consisting of north-facing vineyards planted in clay and limestone soils. The vineyards were planted in 1970, 1996 and 2009 and since 2016, respectively. These are the grapes destined for the "Cantina di Torra" project.
