This bottling is 100% Chardonnay sourced entirely from a single plot called “La Tuilerie” located in the middle altitude slopes of Vandieres (Mi-Coteau). Aged 42 months.
This is a spectacular Blanc de Blanc, great breadth and richness, fairly explosive on the palate with showstopping complexity. Packed with orchard fruits–plump apricot, white peaches, orange blossoms, lemon confit and a slate of minerality running throughout.
