Quentin is the third son of Jacques Beaufort helmsman of the famous maison André Beaufort and this is his personal project.

We are in the Aube in Polisy. This is a 100% Pinot Noir champagne, which we do not hesitate to call Absolute.

Noble and decisive sip, ample. In the mouth it is interminable, with a savory and fine flavor, red fruits and an almost rebellious energy. Quentin is the true “son of art,” capable of churning out (in very few bottles) a wine as powerful as it is graceful.
