Barbera from the first vineyard planted in 2005, which carries out fermentation and aging in terracotta Amphora from Impruneta, with a really important maceration on the skins of about 5 months.

Since time immemorial, the Barbera that was produced in these areas was considered the “Sunday wine,” the wine of the holidays; which, thanks to its important structure and freshness, was able on the one hand to support the fat-rich foods of the Bolognese tradition, and on the other hand to make the mouth dynamic and pleasantly fresh.

The amphora succeeds in this case to make this vine express itself at its best, smoothing the angles of an impetuous character and giving thickness and softness to a wine, full flavored at times solemn, with excellent aging capacity.
