What is Rolling Wine?

Rolling Wine is an online wine store specializing in the sale of natural wines.

What are natural wines?

Natural wines are those wines made from grapes grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers harmful to the earth and in the winery without the use of chemical additives and adjuvants. If you would like to know more, we refer you to the page on our website dedicated to natural wines.

I am a producer and would like to offer my wines: what should I do?

Email us at info@rollingwine.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Remember to include in the email a company description and wine sheets in the most detailed form possible.

Do I have to be registered with Rolling Wine to place an order?

Currently there is no obligation to register. You can also make a purchase in the “guest” mode. However, registration is always recommended because our offers are reserved for registered members of the site only.

Is my personal information safe?

By entering your information on Rollingwine.com you are safe. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How can I change my login information (email, password, etc…)?

By accessing the settings in your private area you will only need to follow the wizard to make any changes allowed by the system.

What type of payment method can I use on Rolling Wine?

You can use Paypal, major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Poste Pay), pay cash on delivery, with Unicredit’s PagOnline service or by bank transfer. In the latter case, always remember to make the payment within 7 days of placing the order and send the payment receipt so that the shipment can start. Otherwise, the order will automatically cancel.

Are my details safe when I make a payment?

You are safe with Rolling Wine: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the highest degree of privacy.

What is the credit card CVV code?

The CVV code is a number consisting of 3 digits printed on the back of your credit card.

Can I request an invoice for purchased goods?

Certainly, you can request an invoice by sending an email to info@rollingwine.com, stating your name and order number. You will receive the invoice within 10 days.

What is the delivery time for my package?

Delivery time in Italy, except where specifically stated, is 1-2 business days. In EU countries 4/5 business day.

How much does it cost to ship a package?

Shipping charges in Italy are fixed and amount to €9.90. However, if your order is €89 or more; shipping costs are totally free. For other countries see the shipping table with costs

Can I request/book a product that is currently unavailable or not on Rolling Wine?

Certainly, you can email info@rollingwine.com and request any product you would like. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

Can I change my package delivery address?

Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

Can I cancel an order placed?

After an order has been completed and submitted, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

I received a damaged bottle

All bottles are shipped in Nackpak secure packaging. If for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by writing to info@rollingwine.com, explaining the extent of the damage. You may be asked to email us in advance a photo with a description of the damage.
