Born from a collaboration between Scandelara and Il Pliò.

Southeast of Bologna, Pliocene spur area, 70-year-old mixed vineyard at 300 meters above sea level. Multiple grapes used: various clones of Trebbiano, Alionza, Pignoletto, Saslà and Friulano.

Classical Method not disgorged, Draught made in February 2022. “We opted for the classic method to see how the wine can evolve over time and how far we can push this area and our grapes forward.”

Pleasantly structured wine, very fresh with white fruit aromas and fermentation notes. You can sense that we are at the beginning of a journey and for those who are patient and willing to wait, we are sure it will be able to develop in a unique way.
