A cooperative union of four families, Valli Unite is the limpid cultural and farming fellowship born more than 30 years ago in Costa Vescovato in the province of Alessandria. 100 hectares of property from which salami, cheese, arable crops and fruits are made - with utmost care in reducing the impact on nature - and of which 20 hectares are dedicated to the vineyard, planted to Barbera, Timorasso, Croatina and other grapes.
