Spain produces wine in all seventeen administrative regions, including the Canary and Balearic Islands. The largest concentration of vineyards is in Castilla-La Mancha, but the finest and most famous wines come from Galicia, Catalonia, Andalusia, Castilla y Leon and, of course, Rioja.
The approach to the world of wine in Spain is deeply rooted in tradition, but with an eye on innovation. In addition, the geology and topography of the land vary throughout Spain and so do the styles of wine.
Drinking Spanish wine has the ability to transport one’s mind to a land of a thousand colours.
