Lolitax 2020 Vin De France

Deep rosé or light red, you decide the color for this 100% direct-pressed Grenache Noir. This is the first time Lolita has tried this method on this grape, usually fermented in maceration on skins.

Lolitax is an incredibly light and energetic wine, with fresh notes of pomegranate and candied cherry, there is more fruit than spice and this is what makes it atypical and mouthwatering. Medium-bodied with a nice dry finish, it is easy drinking on the palate with nice acidity and mineral notes.
