“Mise en Bouche” was the wine that kicked off Lolita Sene’s project in 2018, the first to be conceived and produced. 2020 is made with: Grenache noir, Grenache blanc, Clairette rosé, Clairette blanc, Cinsault.

The grapes come from an old vineyard in Roquemaure, the management of which is shared with Nico Renaud of “Clos des Grillons.” A super fresh and light wine, in the noblest sense of the term, quick and dynamic in the mouth, but with a texture that makes it perfect not only for aperitifs, but also on not too complex meat dishes or medium-aged cheeses.

Tasting notes

Short 5-day carbonic maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank and after racking, aging in the same container for a few months.

A little fruit bomb, with notes of black currant, plum and raspberry puree. An incredibly fresh, smooth and easy-drinking wine. Perfect goblet to start the evening, with a hint of depth that makes it chameleon-like.
