The palate has a taut, powerful texture with a delicate, deep length; you can feel the ripeness of the grapes with notes of yellow fruit and a slight balsamic. The sip is saline with elegant minerality. It closes with notes of dried fruit and a slight spiciness.

A 100% Grechetto all to enjoy, Francesco proves to be a great master in white winemaking as well.

L’azienda nasce nel 2002 a Montefalco, in Umbria, per mano di Francesco Mariani e dell’amico collaboratore Andrea Mattioli. Vengono coltivati in biodinamica circa 10 ettari impiantati tra il 2002 e il 2008, ad una quota compresa tra i 220 e 300 metri sopra il livello del mare. Il suolo che li compone è di medio impasto, ricco di scheletro. L’esposizione principalmente a sud-est.
