This information is related to the website www.rollingwine.com and is provided by Rolling Wine SRL, registered office Via Labriola 2, 51031 Agliana (PT) capital stock 25,000 euros i.v., CF/P.IVA 01972270472 Cam.Com PT REA 195524, in its capacity as the Data Controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Rollingwine).
The Site is owned by Rollingwine, which is also the owner of the corresponding domain name.
Purchases on the Site
Subject to your submission, your personal data will be processed to enable you to make purchases on the Site.

The information and personal data requested when registering on the Site will be used to enable you both to access the restricted area of the Site and to take advantage of the online services offered by Rollingwine to registered users.

to respond by telephone and/or email to Your inquiries or to notify You that one or more products of Your possible interest are available on the Site. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1) and 2) is merely optional. However, since such processing is necessary to enable you to register with the Site as well as to make a purchase on the Site your refusal to provide such data will result in your inability to register with the Site and to make such a purchase through the Site.
Consent to the processing of your data for marketing and profiling purposes is purely optional. Failure to consent will only imply the consequences described below.

Payment card information. Using PayPal
To make a payment via one of the payment cards offered on the Site, the user will have to enter the confidential data of the payment card directly on a page that will communicate via secure encryption protocol with the payment service provider (who will act as an autonomous data controller), without transiting through Rollingwine’s server, which, therefore, will not process such data in any way. The data will be acquired in encrypted format.
On the Site you can also purchase via the PayPal payment tool. In this case, you will be directed to a page outside the Site, where you will have to indicate the personal data required by PayPal – which will act as autonomous data controller – to complete the purchase process. The personal data will not transit through Rollingwine’s server, which, therefore, will not process such data in any way.
With reference to the processing of payment card data and the data required by PayPal, it should be noted that the processing of your personal data is necessary to enable the conclusion of the online purchase contract with Rollingwine. Failure to provide this data, therefore, will not allow you to complete the online purchase process.
Sensitive/judicial data
Rollingwine does not process sensitive or judicial data.
Art. 2. Modalities of processing.
The processing of your personal data will be mainly carried out with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, in the manner and with the tools suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the GDPR. In particular, all necessary technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures will be taken so that the minimum level of data protection required by law is guaranteed, allowing access only to the persons in charge of the processing by Rollingwine or the Data Processors designated by Rollingwine.
The information acquired and the methods of processing will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services rendered. The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.

Art. 5. Retention of personal data
Rollingwine will retain your personal data no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Rollingwine will retain your personal data for profiling and marketing purposes for 5 years after you last provided it. After this period of time, Rollingwine will proceed to delete your personal data, or ask you to renew your consent.
In any case, Rollingwine will retain your personal data for 10 years from the last provision for legal defense needs

In particular, Rollingwine informs you that the right to portability implies that you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you provided to Rollingwine and you have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediment from Rollingwine.
Art. 7. Amendments
Rollingwine reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time, giving appropriate publicity to users of the Site and ensuring in all cases an adequate and similar protection of personal data. In order to view any changes, you are encouraged to consult this policy on a regular basis.
