Ferdinando began making wine as a young 20-year-old in 1993, and without any experience he followed the idea of wine making in vogue in the 1990s, a conventional approach, allowing the use of some products in the vineyard and cellar. As Ferdinando gains awareness he puts in place his evolution, which also began thanks to his inability to tolerate some products used in the vineyard and later also some adjuvants used in the cellar. We are in 2003 and Ferdinando implements the first changes that will lead to a final "liberation" of the vines in 2006 finally able to express themselves.
