Wine of great impact and purity of taste. The winemaking enhances the fruity side of the varietals that are expressed with notes of black currant, raspberry, plum, light earthy notes and a mineral finish. In the mouth it moves fluidly with great dynamism, from the drink one would say carbonic maceration for both crispness and fruit explosion. A "glou glou" wine that still manages to have a nice structure. Like all Escoda wines it is without added sulfur.

Joan Ramòn Escoda Martìnez after working as a winemaker in a large winery in Catalonia and traveling through wine France came to the conclusion that the only way to feel free was to make wine naturally. So in 1999 he started a project in his wife's village of Prenafeta near the medieval village of Montblanc, in Conca de Barberà, and in 2005 began making wines without added sulfites, a method that continues to this day. He and his friend Laureano Serres founded PVN, the first natural wine association in Spain.
