vinification: Fermentation spontaenea with indigenous yeasts in steel and fiberglass tanks. Separate fermentation and aging of the two grape varieties.

aging: 6 months in fiberglass tanks and blending. Re-fermentation in bottle with previously frozen must from the same vintage.

serving temperature: 10-12° C

ALLERGENS: sulphites

A spectacular Pet nat, it opens slowly and then releases a thousand intriguing sides. Ideal on warm summer evenings, accompanying a nice barbecue among friends.
