grape varieties: Malvasia, Sangiovese

vinification: Sangiovese grapes are whole cluster crushed. Fermentation without temperature control with infusion of whole clusters of Malvasia for 2-3 weeks.

aging: On fine lees for 6 months with repeated batonnage.

serving temperature: 12-14° C

ALLERGENS: sulphites

Great rosé wine, full-bodied fresh and dynamic.

Already from the almost cherry color you can tell that this bottle was designed to have substance and structure, declined with the right extraction of matter from the Sangiovese skins, initiated to a direct whole cluster crushing.

The infused Malvasia completes the aromatic compartment of a wine that is juicy and of good concentration, with fruity hints of great intensity.
