Saramat is the Barbera from the youngest vineyard, a lively and very tasty red wine intended to represent the more playful and ready-to-drink version of this grape variety.

Vinified in steel with 20 days of maceration on the skins, after racking it ages briefly in the same containers and then goes directly into barrel.

An easygoing, snappy wine, a perfect ally for red wine lovers even in summer; wild red fruits such as currants, pomegranate and very vinous notes outline the unmistakable characters of this wine.
