This new version is the result of a blend between two different vintages… Nxxxxo vinified in white with Cxxxxxxxy and Txxxxxxso vinified in red (28-day maceration) with aging in acacia wood. The remainder is Gxxxxxxo vinified in white with Cxxxxxxxy and Txxxxxxso vinified in red (15-day maceration). Aged two months in cement. The two masses are blended and bottled.

Agricola Ferraro is located in Montemagno, in the province of Asti, and has been producing wine since the early 1800´s, as evidenced by a first act of December 1819. Since 2006, to minimize harm to the environment and people, all the wines of the company are produced without the use of chemical synthesis additives, first of all sulphites, and without the use of animal products.
