The Cherubini Farm is located beyond the borders of eastern Franciacorta immersed in a natural park in the Brescia hills a few kilometers from the city center. This valley is home to a terroir of millennia-old formation with underground aquifers and limestone-rich rocks with a clay substrate. These soil characteristics combined with a constant light breeze and temperature ranges give the wines minerality and acidity typical of the terroir of production. No conventional farming tools such as herbicides or synthetic pesticides are used, but nature's ways are followed.
