In the heart of the rolling hills rich in Oltradige vineyards, on the sunny slope overlooking San Michele in Appiano, a gravel road leads to the farms of the Hof Gandberg estate. The landscape says it all. The origin of the "Thomas Niedermayr" vineyards is to be found in the Hof Gandberg estate. Here the grapes for the cellar and finally for the bottle ripen. The vines that surround the farm, between 500 and 530 meters above sea level, are influenced by the particular microclimate of the ice holes and by the "Gandberg", an imposing rocky massif that rises behind them. The wines produced here therefore stand out for their impressive freshness and vitality.
