Sangiovese 50%, Canaiolo 30% and Trebbiano for the remaining 20%. An “experimental” wine worked in carbonic maceration to achieve freshness and fruit. A wine that stimulates the synapses and opens the mind to a new concept of chianti red.
The elegance of Sangiovese remains, the elegance of structure, but it is all about drinkability. Wine for the table, friends and light-hearted conversation.
