And so, too, this wine represents in its simplicity of drinking is a symbolic wine of the territory resulting from the union of all the winery’s white varieties: Albana, Grechetto gentile, alionza and Montuni. The idea is to create an accessible, everyday wine, pleasant, fragrant and with a light structure, easily matched .

The particularity of the wine lies in the whole cluster maceration of Albana. It is an ancient technique that allows, the wine’s natural yeasts to develop a remarkable floral note of aromas; the tannic contribution of the whole bunch stalk enhances the acidity and crispness.
