The company, near the Pyrenees in Langeuedoc-Roussillon, was born in 2008, from the idea of Antony Tortul to select, buy and vinify grapes from different areas of the South of France. Every year between 20 and 34 cuvées (!) Are produced, all from organic or biodynamic grapes of over 40 vineyards, taking care to respect and express each terroir with the use of native vines, old vines and little vinification invasive. Since 2013 La Sorga has started producing proprietary grapes. An appealing and sometimes irreverent line of labels, on the style of young French producers.
