"Wine to be paired with a meal, wine as a meal"
We are in the suggestive landscape of South Moravia. Among dirt roads, rural villages and ancient abbeys, 94% of all the vineyard hectares of the Czech Republic are located. The lands, mostly flat, which sometimes leave room for slight undulations, and a continental climate, characterized by cool and rainy summers and dry and harsh winters, make the area more favorable to viticulture
Here, between the towns of Moravsky Zizkov and Velke Bilovice, stands the Nestarec winery, in the hands of the very young Milan, who inaugurated the second generation, carrying out with enthusiasm what his father had started in 2001, with the planting of the first vineyard . Milan has immediately proved to be able to dare: wines of maximum integrity, from long maceration on the skins, without only added, untreated and unclear, which today begin to appear on the tables of the Parisian bistros and the nouvelle vague of the restaurants of the European capitals .
