To drink the wines of Ca Sciampagne is to step into that Italian countryside made of scents and traditions. Guardians of Biancame, a rare and precious grape.

Nature that lives

We at Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne were born in 2008, 3 km from Urbino, nestled in the Cesane Mountains Natural Park.
Here we do no weeding or nitrogen fertilization or clarification. We use only yeasts naturally present on the grapes, and very little sulfites are added: we rarely go above 10 mg/lt in the bottle.
The soil has calcareous marls in which clay gives structure and limestone elegance and minerality.
We also grow typical grape varieties such as Biancame or Bianchello del Metauro and Sangiovese from the Pesaresi Hills in addition to the various: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Albana, Aleatico and Alicante.
