Camporomano is a 100% Barbera that stylistically differs from Macchiona in its more rustic character. A tough wine, we could call it tough, but it is very good. On tasting it is unthinkable that it is so old, it still has a very lively acidity that enhances the drinkability, a captivating balsamic note and as it opens up it gives way to a good softness.

It needs a little time in the glass (not much, really) to open up and relax, finding a balance all its own between a good alcohol content, a well-present hardness and an aromaticity that lengthens its persistence.
