Light red in color with hints tending toward orange. The eye makes one think of a super funky wine, actually despite the fast and enjoyable drinking it hides a complex texture.
As soon as it is poured into the mouth we are surprised by a slight pungency from residual carbon dioxide, lashing acidity that creates dynamism. What it "lacks" in weight and texture is beautifully made up for in length and intensity.
Red berry fruit: raspberry and currant with aromas of fresh fruit and orange peel. The finish surprises us because it closes on soft, almost sweet tones. But how good is this ARGOT!
