The 2020 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune is a dense, suave and delicate Pinot Noir. The color is a deep ruby with pomegranate highlights. The nose evokes small red fruits of wild strawberries, morello cherries and raspberries. In the mouth the flavor is refreshing, where the fruit returns combined with salivating acidity, fine structure for a truly satisfying wine!
