Grape variety: Trebbiano Spoletino

Vinification: Hand-picked trebbiano grapes. The wine ages in steel barrels and re-ferments in the bottle the following spring with its own yeasts. Bottled without the addition of sulfur dioxide.

Peculiar name for an amazing wine. Tribulated to recall the harvest of the first year of production. That particular year, the grapes reached perfect ripeness on a public holiday, and the vintners without their usual labor force found themselves in trouble, but eventually friends, family, acquaintances and local residents arrived in force to lend a hand. By the end of the day the grapes were in the cellar, but what a struggle!

Bottle as always super refreshing, with hints of citrus and a crisp apple, with scents of wild flowers. The 2021 particularly impresses with a drinkability that leaves you thirst quenched and satisfied.
