A wine of incredible energy. The Hárslevelű is harvested very ripe and therefore vinified without maceration on the skins; the Sauvignon Blanc vinified in semi-carbonate for a fortnight. The result is a juicy and fresh mix of flavours and textures. Nutty peach, bergamot, currant! Beyond the playful character, it has a very interesting degree of complexity.
