"Il nostro progetto, nonostante si sia concretizzato due anni fa con l’acquisto di un antico podere in Umbria, nasce circa otto anni fa. Nell’estate del 2011 infatti abbiamo comprato un vecchio e sgangherato camper con il quale abbiamo lasciato Roma e Torino, le nostre rispettive citta natali e siamo partiti alla scoperta di un mondo e di un modo di vivere che avevamo solo intuito avesse preso piede in Italia.
