A stunning Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar.

Following the direct pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation is triggered by indigenous yeasts. Vinification primarily occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve primary freshness, while a small portion of the cuvée ages in oak foudres, gaining a more significant structure. Fully completed malolactic fermentation grants the palate a pleasant roundness and a velvety texture.

The result is a Champagne with an intense golden hue and a very fine perlage. The nose reveals small red fruits, accompanied by notes of pastry and a chalky mineral trail. On the palate, the power of the Pinot Noir is balanced by a low dosage (approx. 5 g/l), keeping the experience agile, fresh, and persistent. It is a radiant wine, crafted for drinking... with elegance.

Fleury
