100% Muller Thurgau with 25 days on the skins. The eye is enraptured by the mesmerizing color, a vivid orange with a pinkish tinge that closely resembles the sunset seen from Matteo's vineyards on the Vigolana plateau.

Leaving poetry behind, we dive into the concreteness of this wine whose grapes were destemmed before crushing, left to ferment spontaneously and aged "sur lie" in steel until bottling. Fresh and versatile sip, excellent as an aperitif, notes of peach, lemon, rose flowers and tropical touch reminiscent of lime. The finish is slightly tannic where a hint of tea also lingers.
