Grape variety: Greco

Vinification: Grapes are harvested in September. The clusters are destemmed and spontaneously fermented in steel containers. The period of fermentation and maceration is about 5/6 days at uncontrolled temperature performing manual pumping over (1/2 per day).

Aging: in steel for 6 months

Serving temperature: 10-12° C

Allergens: contiene solfiti

Greco and Malvasia with a more important maceration than the Cicaleccio, in fact the color is a beautiful orange very intense and slightly cloudy.

Aromas of flint and macerated fruit, fresh on the palate with hints of saffron and closing tannic note associated with licorice root
