Soki Soki is the name given by Pantesco to soils rich in sand and pumice stone. Zibibbo vines over 80 years old are grown in basins with the typical island sapling. Vinification takes place on individual plots located in various districts (11 in all), combining the wines only at the time of bottling.

Exotic notes of peach, apricot, lemongrass, grapefruit and tea. Mineral and saline. Long and intense.

Tanca Nica

Tanca Nica, in Pantesco dialect, means small hilly land cultivated and settled in terraces, and that is exactly where the vines grow. Running this small winery of just two hectares are Francesco and Nicoletta, who were born in Sardinia and personally take care of everything from harvesting to bottling.
