Rkatsiteli Grand Cru Akhoebi is an extreme and unconventional macerated white wine. The long maceration in earthenware amphorae with skins and stems makes it an intense, full-bodied, powerful and very complex wine with spices, ripe fruit and a dense tannic texture.
