Grapes come from an 8-year-old vineyard, spontaneous fermentation in cement with 9-day maceration on skins. The nose is citrusy with notes of lemon peel and tea very fresh and bright.

The maceration leaves a light imprint in the wine, not too extractive. In the mouth it is smooth and very interesting.

Summer Wolff

Summer Wolff is a talented American-born winemaker.

Over the years she has worked in almost every sector of the wine industry, eventually starting two import companies in America. Since 2008 she has lived with her husband Fabrizio Iuli of Cascina Iuli in the small village of Montaldo di Cerrina in the Monferrato area in the province of Alessandria, where her family has been making wine for more than 100 years.

In 2021 she started her own production project with 2 hectares of vineyard.
