Baccabianca is a wine made from 100% C. grapes with long maceration on the skins, fermentation by indigenous yeasts, unfiltered. After racking it matures in steel and then in the bottle. It is an evolutionary and long-lived wine with a rich and deep taste characterised by full body and pleasant complexity.
