We are in the Monteriggioni area, nestled among the Tuscan hills south of Siena.

Fuck is an irreverent, moody wine made from 100% Malvasia Bianca, fermented with skin-contact maceration (orange wine style).

This bottle perfectly embodies the Casarcaica philosophy: the recovery and revival of old vines—free from the constraints of industrial yield—combined with ancient agricultural practices. Supported by modern insight and skill, this approach creates a fine, elegant wine that is completely unconventional!

Casarcaica

Casarcaica is a small winery located on the border of the Chianti Classico region, near Monteriggioni, where work in the vineyard follows a natural approach deeply rooted in Tuscan farming tradition. The vineyards, many of which feature old vines grown on soils rich in rock fragments and minerals, are cultivated without systemic chemicals, respecting the natural balance of the soil and biodiversity.

Production focuses mainly on great native Tuscan grape varieties, with Sangiovese at the heart of the project, alongside historical local varieties, particularly Malvasia and Trebbiano. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum: spontaneous fermentations and long aging periods allow the wines to authentically express the character of the vintage and the terroir.
