Sanlùcar de Barrameda, Jerez
Muchada-Léclapart was born from the visionary encounter between architect Alejandro Muchada and the renowned Champagne producer David Léclapart, united by a profound desire to restore voice and elegance to the legendary soils of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Located in the heart of the Marco de Jerez, the project stands as a tribute to "Albariza," the pure white calcareous earth that defines the identity of this historic Atlantic region of Andalusia.
Through an extremely limited and high-quality production, the winery celebrates the Palomino grape in its purest and most crystalline expression, rediscovering the dignity of terroir-driven white wine and serving as a beacon of revival for local viticulture, capable of translating light and sea breeze into an unforgettable liquid emotion.
Albariza, the legendary soil of the Marco de Jerez.
The beating heart of this reality is a biodynamic and artisanal agriculture that listens to the soil's vital rhythms, categorically rejecting all chemical fertilizers to foster the vitality of microorganisms and the health of the vines.
In the vineyards, tended with the rigor of a true vigneron, priority is given to manual labor, the use of animal traction, and shallow plowing, with the aim of preserving the integrity of a fragile and precious ecosystem. In the cellar, the philosophy of minimal interference guides every gesture: a transparent vinification, without filtration or forcing, allows the wine to become a faithful mirror of the land, offering a vibrant, sapid, and authentic interpretation of pristine Andalusian nature.
