Tommy Ferriol is the former Brutal Rouge and is a blend of Syrah and Muscat a Petit Grain. The vines are very old, especially the Syrah vines, and they produce a beautiful, rightly concentrated grape with small, delicate clusters.

For this wine Tom from a maceration on the skins of only 3 days and the result is simply fantastic: a fine and direct aroma of red currant and strawberry juice, with new facets emerging from time to time: raspberries, blueberries and fresh herbs. All constantly accompanied by fine spice. Dynamic and multi-faceted. With a little patience and time. 

Like all Matassa wines, there is no added sulfur.
