Cuvée Rose is made from pure Mondeuse grapes grown in the "La Ravinée" vineyard in Arbin.

A taut wine with good complexity, it presents aromas of red and black fruits, violets and sweet spices with cloves and cinnamon. The palate is surprisingly energetic and mineral with hints of flint. The tannins are gentle and it surprises with its vegetal freshness.

Adrien Berlioz

Adrien Berlioz works with great dedication and determination 17 micro plots, totaling 7 hectares, all located in the blessed terroir of Chignin and planted in deep, predominantly clay-limestone soils.

A wide selection of native grape varieties are grown on the estate, from the traditional Mondeuse, Jacquère, Altesse and Roussanne to rarer varieties such as Persan. The winemaking and blending of the parcels ensures that the depth and character of each parcel is fully reflected.

The domaine has been certified organic since 2012 and biodynamic since 2020. All plots are cultivated using the most natural means possible, with no herbicides, chemical fertilizers or other synthetic products either in the vineyards or in the winery. Maximum care and attention is paid to respecting the environment, the soils and the vines.
