Cloud Swimmer and Seven Dragons both vintage 2022, are the two new projects from the guys at Yeasteria.

Seven Dragons is a blend of the two most expressive red grapes from the volcano. The wine offers us a new key to interpreting the Etnean terroir, with a forthright and capable drink, a ripe, fresh fruit with intense traits. Notes of earth and wild herbs, the elegance here is given not by perfect balance, but by a harmony found in the midst of so many high notes.

The great ability to be able to read the wine in the cellar, while it is being made and accompany it toward an incredible result.
