100% whole cluster Cabernet Franc crushed with the feet, fermented and aged in steel. As can easily be guessed from the label, no sulphur is added at any stage of processing. 

A very good, tasty Cab, which despite a 'threatening' label is actually extrovert and sunny in the glass, with atypical red fruit notes of strawberry and a soft, crisp mouthfeel. The 6-month rest on its lees gives it a rightly concentrated character, without ever crossing the border into heaviness. Lively and captivating sip.
