Only 300 bottles produced for a wine more unique than rare. Coming from a micro plot of 0.16 ha within the Lieu dit "Les Damodes" post to the extreme north of the municipality of Nuits-Saint-Georges, we are close to the top of the hill, so much so that on the west side of the vineyard insists a forest that ensures cool night currents.

Fine and fresh wine, very elegant but also complex. Spicy notes blend with fruity hints of raspberry and wild strawberries, still young tannin and excellent acid shoulder. Village with the makings of premier cru.

Domaine Ballorin

Domaine Ballorin was born in 2005 from the idea and passion of Gilles Ballorin and his wife Fabienne, with a tiny plot of just 0.2 hectares in Chenôve. To date, the winery covers 6 hectares divided into 23 plots in Morey St Denis, Fixin, Marsannay and Nuit St Georges. The vineyard has always been farmed Biodynamically, and since 2008 Demeter certification has arrived.
